Overview

Menthosa Peak is the second highest mountain in the Lahore Valley with an altitude of 6443m. Located around Miyal Nura, this mountain is a good place to improve your climbing and mountaineering skills. The journey begins with a drive from Manali to Udaipur, Lahore, Miyar Valley sub-area. Myar Valley is one of Lahore’s most scenic valleys, criss-crossed by fertile valley floors, towering cliffs and Myar Nara. Head to Urgoth, your starting point, the largest village in the valley.
